Sir I have done efiling of my own Pan no ATVPB1915B in 31 Sep 2013 ( AY 2012-2013 ) with refundble amount around Rs 4300/- something and my ITR V was received at CPC on 13 Aug 2013 but still I did not received my amount. When it will be clear?

Yours is a belated return. It will take some time. You may check refund status on the IT website.
Try not to disclose your PAN on the net.
