About supply of services by director to the company
As mentioned in the gst act, if reverse charge mechanism applies that person needs to take gst registration. supply of services by the director to that company is covered in reverse charge mechanism services. so, basing on that every company will have a director. so can we interpret that every company is liable to take registration under gst.
