Sir,
Subsidy A/c wheter become capital receipt or revenue receipt?


I am working in A govt Corporation under social welfare dept, then various scheme under loan scheme subsidy disburse, but which head under take subsidy acct.?

Which nature You received subsidy...?

Generally it's accounted as which is loan taken : ie; If machinery loan then subsidy will less in the machinery account...

Sir,
i'm working as a accountant in govt corporation, in our dept disburse various scheme loan for s.c. community. when i write accounting that time loan subsidy which under take Subsidy A/c.

As Er my view it will account under expense head as Subsidy to SC...

If we are disbursing Subsidy then it will always be an Expense for the organisation. Create a Expense Head for each particular type or group of Subsidy being given for ease of use and understanding.
