if i have two business..saparately exceed turnover 20 lakh...in within state..
can i take separate registration...or one registration is enough for both business..

One registration is enough but you can take multiple registration as per your different business vertical,

If the legal name of the business is different for both the business, better to take multiple registration.

Yes, one gst registration is enough.
You can add the second business as additional place of business by ammending gst registration.
