we are garments manufacturers and supplied 95% domestic and 5% export, but we have more ITC in credit ledger, hence if I go as per with out payment of tax I will get less refund, and we have not supplied to SEZ units also.
so kindly get back to me how can I claim RFD of full amount, as per refund procedures
