Yes these are erp accounting terminologies. They are cycles and if you search google, you will find these in diagrammatic representations which explains the procedure for every cycle. The accountants follow this procedure to process invoices for a customer on their accounting software’s. Every software procedure will be different although the central idea is the same. Hence, please search for them in your software’s knowledge centre.
