Can a recipient issue debit note for purchase return?
Mr. X purchased 100 units from Mr. Y. and sequently after one month he returns 30 units to Mr.Y, for which Mr. Y issue CREDIT NOTE to Mr. X.
Now, Should Mr. X issue debit note for those 30 units?

Practically the Transaction (Return) starts from Mr. X end and He will be Issued Debit Note. After received the Goods Mr. Y will be give CREDIT NOTE... This the Process...
