Dear Sir/ MAdam,

A Pan card holder finds his name on online registration (like Demat etc.) process wrongly. On the PAN card his name printed correctly. The problem arises with net transactions only.

Does he need to apply newly for PAN by submitting old card with the same number?

or Does he need to apply for change in pan card?

Pls, reply.

This should not happen in normal cases, but still if its happening, its not a case of correction as the name appears correctly on PAN CARD. I belive that there is some Problem with Online Content !!

there may be a problem in data base of depository. therefore first you should give a copy of pan card to your depository to change there data base.

Dear Sir,

I have recenty applied for a PAN card and after i received it, I found my name wrongly written with my father name written before my name so please advice me if I must get this changed by applying for a name change or it is okay with this. Pls advice.
