About New Tax Regime
Respected sir, My client take new tax regime and his form 16 also new tax regime but now he wants to file return through the old tax regime can he file through old tax regime plz Guide.

If he has not filed return yet, and also if he has no income from PGBP head, then yes, he can change it while filing ITR 1 or 2.
