I have a shop and doing online computer works like forms filling, computer coaching etc. last year I have filled own online income tax return through efiling.gov.in web site. but I have submitted my return on ITR 4S ( I have not presumptive income) earlier I have submitted wrong itr form. i want to submit 2016-17 year return in ITR 4 form but this ITR not display in my login. How to submit this. I don't want to submit return through X M L format.
Though your statement is contradictory.......... even difficult to assess exact query...........
Online you can file only 2 ITRs ..... i.e. ITR 1 & ITR 4.
ITR 1 is not applicable to you, but you can declare your business income under presumptive scheme by filing ITR 4 online, which is almost same as ITR 4_S of earlier years......
If you wish to file complete details of the business with BS & P&L accounts, you can opt for ITR 3, but that can be filed only by uploading XML file.
