Our company pay RCM on lawyer Fees. so can I claim this input?

The ITC is not available for the reverse charge payment to the authority on lawyer fees paid
Yes, you may claim ITC after payment of tax under RCM. I don't understand why such ITC cannot be availed.
We can claim ITC on reverse charge paid in next month filing
