about intermediate registration
i wanted to know what are the documents required nd is student fee compulsory

Intermediate redistration is done only through online portal of ICAI and on that after signing in you have to upload your Leaving Certificate,Signature and Photograh ( I dont know perfectly but also cpt or CS foundation result also).
About your 2nd question I perfectly don't know.So for that I am not able to tell you.
NOTE: all documents must be scanned and in jpg format

it is school leaving certificate that when you leaved your school (12th)std they gives you certificate
