instead of filling Feb-19 month gstr 7 return I filled march - 19 month gstr 7 return. now I can't do the Feb-19 month return. is there any solutions for this please tell me.

No I think it cannot be amended..........
But you can file Feb 19 GSTR 7 even though March 19 being filed earlier.
