Please provide guidance for installing the digital signature in the system, about roll checking of digital signature and Fillinf of the form 32 for director.
1) Installing the DSC in your system: The DSC (e-token) comes with a program that runs the DSC. The program is generally given in a CD which has to be installed and run in your computer system. Once this process is done, you may plug in the e-token in your system and verify it through the programs.
2) Role Checking: I presume that the DIN is already obtained. In the mca site, go to the link:
https://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/MyMCALogin.do?method=setDefaultProperty&mode=36
Fill in the details as stated and register the DSC. Take a print out of the confirmation for your records.
3) Filing Form 32 can be done in the normal e-filing process in which other forms are filed.
