hello ,

i m doing business of pharmaceuticals . now we are looking for preparing to registered our firm under the company act as private limited. i had been issue din no. now problem is that in form no 1A for compnay name registration in colum 7 the memorandom of association [moa] is required promoter . i dont known what i have to fill in this colum . and explane me how i get promoter detail under the govt of india. plz check under attach ment . this attach ment containing colum 7 .

promoters are the persons who are planning to incorporate a co.

Min 2 are required for pvt ltd co.,

If u r the proposer then select the category, fill up the DIN No. & click on Prefill

Promotor is a person who takes all the initiatives to give birth to a company. In this case you will be one of the promotors. A private limited company is required to have a minimum of two members and hence you need to fill in details of two persons. One may be you and another person who is partnering with you in this business. If the other promotor does not have DIN, you can fill in his PAN details.

as its ur business and if its being firm then the partners can become the promoter, and if its being a proprietorship concern, then the ppropreitor with one other person can become the promoter for a private ltd co.
