If you need to cancel an e-invoice for a cancelled order but the 72-hour window has passed, direct cancellation isn't possible. Instead, you should cancel the invoice within your own accounting system. Subsequently, issue a credit note for the original invoice and then generate a new e-invoice for this credit note. This process ensures your records are updated correctly, even beyond the initial 24-hour cancellation period for e-invoices.
