I think so debit note not show in Gstr-3b.
Debit note option available in Gstr-1

show the value of debit note in taxable turnover
then what about in 3b there is no adjustment for debit not
debit note adjust against sales net sale only showing on 3b
in gstr3b under 3.1outward supplies (gross value +debit note)i.e net value should be shown
