about completion cerificate

sir , my articleship termination date was 11th feb,2018 nd in exam form we have to submit such completion cerificate.then should i first file form 108 and after that submit the exam form?? because as per my knowledge there is two type of completion certy is available where one is whose articleship is completed nd second there is 6 mnths are remains to complete articleship...so m confused...
