Yes u are eligible to attempt CA final in November 17. You can register for final at anytime
Hi ,
Yes you are eligible for Nov 2017 attempt.
You can apply for finals registration anytime before submitting the exam form. It usually takes a few months for the institute to process the application for registration and so its recommended that you register around 2-3 months before the exam forms are out. So suggest you to register in the coming months to avoid any last minute surprises.

agree with ankita and dharmesh. as you know, on the first exam date you would be serving your last six months of articleship.
Thank you so much Ankita,Dharmesh and Ruskin
