Would anybody advise, the format of MOM and AOA for the Immigration, Student Visa and Education type company. Also would someone advise the filing of FORM 1 under the MCA portal. I need to know if the capital amount of the company is 1 lakh with two directors.
It is teh question 5 in Form 1: Capital Structure of the company. A) Authorized capital of the company. Please advise how would I share Number of equity shares and number of preference share.
B) Subscribe Capital of the company. Number of equity share number of preference share.
