I have E -file my uncle 's Income tax return. He was eligible for Relief under Section 89. I have e- filed the data. But he received the notice to pay the Relief Amount. Than I have uploaded the Other than ITR 10 E form. But He does not received any kind of Refund from the Income tax department. Is there anything resonse need to do from our side? Kindly guide me. Thannks in advance
No you just need to wait for refund or u may request to your assessinh officer.No other easy option.

Rectify it in response to section139(9) with cpc ref no. Of intimation recd where demand was payable to extent of relief was payable.
