using SAP is best.. If u use AAS also ther is no problem.. But the respective number must be correct.. Better write sap .. Tat will give more marks..

dear members, first notice that new Standards on Auditing are abbreviated as 'SA'(Standards on Auditing) NOT as 'SAP'(Standard Auditing Practices). Now do please notice that AAS(Auditing & Assurance Standards) has already been replaced with SAs with effect from 01.04.2009 and as from that date only SAs aer applicable in all CA exams....:) so do practice for SAs...no more AASs...

i am highly confused whether to use SA or AAS in nov 2009 examination. How to confirm from the institute.please give their telephone number.

There is no notification from ICAI regarding this issue. In the absence of any notification, the contents of syllabus are the same, as that of study material. so there will be AAS in nov attempt. Be assured.
