My issue resolved, selected I will e-verify before 120 days option, filed and later selected generate OTP, and e-verified also.

Actually first stage is only confirmation about the verification method, which you can select any; and then upload the xm l file.

Second state is actually generation of OTP.

Alternatively, OTP is generated before hand, & file is uploaded with option, "I have OTP"
