HELLO ALL,

Name as per aadhar card and PAN card is same , but it differs in PAN DATABASE. because of this iam unable to file this year. ITR.

SO,KINDLY PROVIDE ANY SOLUTION to file the itr.

2. if the PAN DATABASE TO BE CHANGED,Do we need to apply PAN correction by providing CORRECT NAME PROOF. FOR THAT AADHAR CARD COPY IS ENOUGH?

Yes you need to apply for PAN correction and only proof required is Aadhar card
