Aadhar card mandatory for llp?

Aadhar linking not mandatory for those who have not been allotted Aadhar as on date.

Thanks Dhirajlal Sir. But, What if one of the partner has yet not applied for Aadhar.This is my client having LLP one od Designated Partner ia having Aadhar Card and well linkedin up  during last year's filling. The other Desinted Partner is right now is not in India.

So, does filling ITR with One partner's  Aadhar card will do?

First of all, upto 30.06.2017, you can surely file ITR without an hitch, and after that, as per notification issues by CBDT, there should not be any problem.......... unless any other change made.
