Aadhar authentication process in GST registration

One of our client is not having mobile number and Email id linked with Aadhar. Without knowing this fact we have applied GST registration for his proprietorship concern. now we are not able to do aadhar authentication. will the aadhar authentication be possible if he link his mobile number and email ID now with his aadhar through e-seva
