Dear Friends / Experts,
An HUF is having house property in India. The Karta of the HUF is residing outside India permanently and Karta’s brother in India is managing the affairs of the HUF.
Query
Can someone please confirm, what would be the status of such HUF?

How I would comply with the requirement of AADHAAR-PAN LINK, as the Karta is residing outside India permanently and has become a foreign national?

1. With family consent any junior member of the HUF (better if resident of India) can become Karta of HUF.
2. Register the new karta as authorized person of the HUF (all for legal purpose)
.3. The brother may continue to mange the HUF, but cannot legally represent, as he is not co-parcener in it.
4. The HUF can be dissloved for ever by alloting the property to any member/s jointly.
