The Name and the DoB of the person undergoing for Aadhar Authentication shall be same as shown in PAN Card. Also check the spelling of your name.

It would be better that first you update your Aadhar Card details through online if your number is registered with the aadhar portal and then go for Aadhar Authentication for GST Registration.
