AA-8-Part Time Office Boy Salary and Overtime

Hi Respected Members,

I worked in a firm where we hired an office boy on temporary basis because of regular office boy was on leaves.
We paid him salary and overtime as same rate which we were paying our regular office boy. Please educate me on follwoing:

1-should i take his salary and overtime under my staff payroll account ? if not then, what will be the suitable account for this remuneration ?
2-can i take this amount under professional charges account ?

Yes you should book as a salary .

should I keep with staff salary or other than staff payroll? as you know that usually we creat a staff payroll sheet to calculate staff payrolls and pass combine entry of total salaries of staff, should I include this person's salary into staff payroll sheet and then pass the combin entry of payroll ?

yes you should include him in your taff payrolls sheet ......
