Actually, we have to provide NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) to client on stamp paper.

as far as project is concerned, we will provide technical consultancy.

Dear Raja PM Sir,

I really appreciate you if you help me one more following matter:

Please educate me do partner salary go under indirect expense and its blue should less from gross profit or it should be less after taxation profit value ?

Further, if you used accounting software in which account group p&l appropriation account should be made ?
