Please also educate how can I pass partners salary into it ?

If you having licence copy of Tally prime, then they provide users Manual book ( How to operate Tally prime) along with installation ,also available online on Tally solutions web site , so I think you Can refer that .
I searched a lot but not found any solution to create p&l appropriation account that is why I raised the query.
