Just click on the link provided below and you will get your .txt file converted to .xls format in the best way possible...save your time and be ahead......now no need to waste time on using "Text-to-column" or macros....why to bang our head when net is there for our rescue....what say???/

I wasted 2 whole days to convert a text file for audit pupose....i din know such shortcuts exist then...
