A query of articleship

You have received such a letter because you would have taken more leaves that the eligible (156 days) during your articleship.

Rather than doing those excess 22 days as articleship, approch the firm in which you did your articleship and request them to address a letter to ICAI stating that you have completed those days by way of overtime work during articleship.

I know of such an instance where the ICAI accepted such a representation by the firm.

thanks krishna for your reply...but he will not do such because its the one of the worst firm on this earth n i pray that no would go thorugh such kind of firm in their life..i jus wanted to get out this firm as i reside in very small town and here scope is very less so hopleesly i have been der. Any worst he want to do he will do but in any way he will not help me in it.

please sugget what should i do.Can i freshly fill form 102 for the remaining period in another firm.
