if a company not filing his return and balance sheet since he registered under roc(2007) because no business is started due to some reason ... what action can be taken by roc of court in against company . comment guyz....

If preliminary expenses etc is incurred the ROC filing should be done..even if there is no income.. u can file belated return

But bhakti that i know but wat action can roc or court will take against company..?
Roc can issue prosecution against the Company in the Court, but it depends on how big ur company is i. e. ur paid up and authorized capital, but as u know private company s ROC's least concern, i.e. ROC can imbibe prosecution on the private company as it have discretionary powers given
