A noble protest against recent transfer notification by ICAI

but how do we protest ???

Although youe idea is good , it would not make much difference as most of the seminars are menat for members benefits.I have another idea in my mind. This is just a suggestion.

We all articles should unite & should have strike for a week so that all principals & ICAI realise our contribution..

We should raise questions by doing strike................nd with the help of media......It will be more fruitful

the institute has a monopoly system we hv no option but to accept it.

now firms r just blood suckers they took us as a servent whjo is paid 1500 per month.......................................................just 1500......

 we should show our dissent towards dis by mailing dem, writing articles 

restricting trf. is not gng. 2  solve problem of dummies.

instead dey shud introduce 1 practical test which shud b compulsary to pass. in dat they wuld ask just dose qus. which can b answered only by students undergoing training.. qus shud not b common..as all would not hv learnt d same.. 

qus shud b asked just like interviews... a panel of 2-3 persons can b made at different places..

like we used 2 hv in skools.. but in a standarised way..

Do u think that writing mails would pinch their hippo skins?I dont think so. Many students have already tried it but oits of no use.WEll, I wud like to know abt this practical tse in details . PLease elaborate it in detail.

I think we should form a union and then contact the head office....I am sure they would listen to our complaints

c prosanta do u think this strategy will attain success.most of the students of ICAI are the sons, daughters, nephews etc of members.their presence in seminars would constitute the quorum.inly we will be the fools

prosonto....ur idea is gud..but it ll b of no use bcoz institute is not bothered whethr students r attndin seminars or not.......

& one main thing u can`t take confidence of students sufferin 4m this by ur msg in caclub india.......

no ca student wont b playin wth their career.....as 4m both end losers wl b us only............

it is only upto institute tht thy show mercy 2 us & uphld this by some notification.......till then we hav 2 wrk lik labour......

In my opinion we should make a complaint against ICAI to Human Rights Commission. ICAI will never hear our voices under the pressure of its members, but it has to be listen to Human Right Commission. The notification issued by ICAI is definetely against our fundamental right of freedom.

i think we can have a idea of stoping dummy is that the ICAI should fix a time period of article traning subject such as 5 to 6 month for audit 4-5 month for taxtion some month for project finance etc so that if a person take transfer then also he/she have finished all the scope of work and it well be better. i have 5 friend all in different firm my CA have only work of account and audit while my other friend have only project finance and other tax so we learn only playing pne type of ball player we cant play differnt ball.

 look  yaar, His Highness Mr. Uttam Prakash Agarwal, is a friend of my boss and regularly visits my office.

Few days back we (few artilces I was on audit so couldnt meet his holiness) asked him over lunch about this transfer issue.

He told,  Dummy aise hi rukenge, aur agar kisi student ko problem ho toh Student association (WICASA, SICASA, NICASA, EICASA) mein jaake ke queries raise karein aur agar phir bhi itni problems hai toh CA chod de, Ab transfers banmed hai toh tumhare boss ko toh saara kaam tum logon se hi karana padega toh exposure bhi milega toh tumhe complaint kya hai?

I live in Mumbai, and enquired about (WICASA-Western India CA students association) and came to know that out of the 12 members 4 are from Uttam abuwala & Co and 2-3 are articles of othem commitee members, so I think WICASA is out of question and after witnessing such a harsh reply i dont thinkso even Mahatma Gandhi himself would be able to break the shackles on the weak legs of us articles.

HRD ministry is the only way ut, that too people with a veru high influence can get involved in it.

Well Sangam, Uttam ji told ki he is thinking about such a procedure to test the practicla aspect as well of a PCC(Not IPCC) and FINAL student in a practical paper which will be introduced during his tenure as per his words.
