whether reading practice manual & padhukas book enough for group 2?? ,one more doubt in Information technology , institute has excluded certain topics , from nov 2012 exams , but why still why questions are given on respective topics in rtp ??

Don't worry IT topics are excluded from the portion it is not at all applicable now.
And as far as Accounts is concern you required to do lots of Practice on formated topics like Insurance, Electricity and Banking. Do AS perfectly in group- 2 of Accounts as it is also helpful in Audit.
