I am a senior citizen.While filing my ITR deduction u/s 80ttb of Rs24188 is not allowing.it is showing 0.What can be done?

Portal is not working properly, So log out & wait for sometime.......

Same here....80ttb interest is showing zero...not allowing to claim benefit of 50000
