Dear Team, The Government has recently made the 80JJAA very very lucrative.  Now all people are allowed to take the benefit. Whether company or non company, manufacturing or non manufacturing, and there is no minimum limit.. just you should be covered in tax audit.  However it starts from 31.3.2017 year ending onwards. 300 days reduced to 240 days for all/180 days for garment sector.  (for details : E Circular Use 80JJAA to reduce your tax dt 24 March 2016 attached )

Now the Main question : What is the strategy for FY 31.3.2016. The Law was very tough . Rarely anybody can get. My questions. What is the best calculation for this deduction, using the last two years new employees also .

There is another big ambiguity in this law.  It says you get 30% relief in next three years. But does not say that what if those people leave the company. ... that is not the intention of the law.

Similarly, if i set up a company in Nov 2016 and hire 1000 pax , I will not get benefit in FY 16-17 and i will not get benefit in any future year also.  Is this fair, . that is not the intention of the law.

So, law must be redrafted
