when should I file form 10BA?
before ITR or after ITR?
also showing errors in Form 10BA e-verification....

Form 10BA should be filed before filing ITR.
How ever i couldn't file form 10BA
Check properly that the details submitted are all in order. Otherwise you may have to wait for few days so the the system is fully functional. As on today its under repairs, and many assesses are unable to file such forms.
Details are correct.... may be its because of system failure
