80ee deduction HP loan
if a housing loan is taken on 23/3/17 , and then a second loan is taken on 14/4/22...can i exhaust the limit of sec 24 using second housing loan interest and claim first loan deduction under sec 80ee?

Not eligible for deduction u/s. 80EE in that case.
