80ddb tax deduction query

Dear Sir,

We had a Pre term baby and spent 15Lakhs for the treatment , the baby survived only for few days after birth. 

Total Bill amount was 15lacs and out of which 4 lakh was covered for my baby through insurance, considering the remaining amount of bill not covered under insurance can i claim the benefit under section 80DDB in my income tax returns.

80DDB is for Neuro and other disorders but in my case my baby was pre term and died due to cardiac arrest and breathing difficulties . can i claim this in 80DDB

Please advice.
