The assessee has paid tution fees for his own Studies in india. (Not for his Childrens). He is having income from Salary. Can he get the deduction under section 80C (xvii) at the time of efilling.

Sir, U/S 80C tuition fee paid for the educational purpose of childrens only can deductible. In this case tuition fee is paid by the assessee for his own study is not allowable as a deduction.
