 I HAVE ONE DOUBT IN SECTION 80C DEDUCTION 

WHEN A SALARIED PERSON GETS REIMBURSEMENT OF TUTION FEE FROM EMPLOYER 

THEN



IS EMPLOYEE GETS DEDUCTION UNDER SECTION 80C OR NOT

undobtedly you can take deduction.

Yup, deduction u/s 80C will b applicable for the emloyee as well..

yes sudhir ,,,,salaried employee can take deduction u/s 80c but in other hand the reimbursed tuition fees include in his income as well as...........

First reimbursed amount will be included in salary income of the employee as a perk... later clain deduction is 80C... Net effect is Nil.

First of all i want to clear u that under sec. 80 C deduction is given on Payment basis,

Thearfor Payment made for tutuion fees is deductible up to a limit of Rs.100000/-

Its doesn't matter that later on it is reimbushment by Employers.

WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE GROSS SALARY FIRST ....AND THE DEDUCTION U/S 80C CAN BE CLAIMED

First of all reimbursed amount will be included in the gross salary and after then we can get deduction with the limit specified in law u/s 80c

 Tution Fees reimbursed is first added to Salary Income and the same can be claimed as deduction u/s 80C subject to the maximum limit of Rs.1 lac.
