if after deducting 10000 u r getting refund than file revised return

Hi, belbek. Same mistake for 80TTA were done by me in may'13 exam. However you can file here revised return, but I were not permitted to revise my answer.Anyway you still have chance to revise your return.

If you have filed your returns before due date, then you may file revised return.

If the Original return is filed before the due date of filing of Return of Income the u can submit the revised return considering the 80TTA and can claim refund. U again need to send Acknowledgement to CPC Banglore.

You should revise your return and claim Rs. 10,000 as 80TTA deduction.
Go to revised your return and claim 80tta, if your original return file on or before due date.
i agrred with singh sir...100%

thank u all for your kind suggestions ........

Yes, You Can File Revised Return Online & Again You need to Sign & Send the Acknowledgement.

Please Note that this Section 80TTA is Applicable only W.e.f 01-04-2013.\
