u/s 80 G employee attached a slip of a 50 thousand donations to a religious trust with his estimate tax form.. as a employer what other relevant document need to see to avoid future complication.

1. 80G registration certificate that will have to take from employee and employee have to take it from donee.\
2. PAN of emplyee.
