whether is there any restrictions ON NUMBER OF FAMILY MEMBERS IN this sections. for eg. if all my family members are disabled people so can I get for each of them separately.
and do they DON'T CONSIDER your DEPOSITS IN LIC or else, Since it is a FIXED ONE(as it mentioned in Act regardless of Expenditure )?if YES then WHY this provision TO DEPOSIT INSERTED.

if any amount deposited in lic on behalf of pc persons and you are claiming the same under 80DD, then due to the death of pc person, if you get the assured amount, then that ll be charged to tax
