Kindly advise me on the following: My son is employed and got the form16 which does not show any health insurance deduction u/s 80D, but the employer paid for group health insurance the individual premium is not known. He also used the insurance once during the year and got reimbursed. Can I claim other medical expenses as premium is not reflected and not claimed. Thanks in advance

No, medical expenses incurred and reimbursed by Health Insurance cannot be claimed as deduction. I would advise you to claim Health Insurance Premium as deduction under sec 80D for self or family.
premium paid by the employer will be part of Group Medical policy taken by Employer for company as a whole.
So you cannot even claim that premium under 80D.
Sir, I am not claiming 80D and declaring no deduction, but other medical expenses including preventive health checkup.
