if i am an NPS subscriber and if my 80 c Savings exceed 1.5 lkh .
then can i put the balance in 80 ccd 1 b

Yes, whatever actual amount subscribed to NPS Tier-1 account (max.eligibility 50K)

Section 80CCE allows deduction only upto 150,000. However, 80CCD had been amended and an additional Rs 50,000 can be availed in excess of Rs 150,000.

If my 80C overflows due to home loan principal
can I put the overflown amount in 80ccd1B
