Procedure for Verification of Answer Books of Chartered Accountants - Final, PE-II, PCE, IPCE/ATE, IPCE/ATE-UNITS, Examinations (May-2010), Common Proficiency Test (June-2010) and CPT Online (July-2010) - (05-08-2010)

The Students who wish to apply for Verification of their answer books for the Chartered Accountants Examination held in May, 2010, CPT held on June 20, 2010 and CPT Online held on July 24-25, 2010 are requested to note and follow the procedure as detailed below:

· For Final, PE-II, PCE, IPCE/ATE, IPCE/ATE-UNITS:The fee for verification of answer books is Rs. 100/- per paper subject to a maximum of Rs. 400/- for all the papers of a group/ both groups.

· For CPT: The fee for verification is Rs 200/-

· The application essentially in the candidate’s own handwriting indicating Roll No., Examination attended (Final, PE-II, PCE, IPCE/ATE, IPCE/ATE-UNITS, CPT), address, and paper(s) to be verified should be submitted within a month from the date of declaration of result.

· Typewritten applications are not entertained.

· There is no provision for re-valuation of papers.

· There is no standard application form.

· Request for verification will be considered only after the application in the candidate’s own handwriting in Hindi language if the medium of examination was Hindi else in English language duly signed with requisite fee by way of DD in favour of the Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and payable at New Delhi is received within one month from the date of declaration of result.

· It may be noted that your application for verification should not contain Mobile Number/Landline Telephone Numbers(s)/E-mail id’s.

· Last date for submission for verification of requests

· Final --- 19.08.2010

· CPT --- 19.08.2010

· PE-II, PCE, IPCE/ATE, IPCE/ATE-UNITS, CPT Online --- 04.09.2010

· The application as above along with the requisite DD may be sent to :

i would like to know when are the revaluation results announced by the icai for may pcc examinations

15-20 days before result. dont expact positve result. prepare for exam .

I also got 59 marks in Accounts & 39 marks in law.should i go for revaluation??????

59 and 39 are tricky scores which i believe are delibrately given. u may go for the revaluation but as far as i m aware its not revaluation its only retotatalling.

try ur luck but better u prepare for the subjects

Hi Vinay,

Please do not wait for revaluation result.........our institute people are playing with student's emotions. Delibrately they are not showing the result.....even if you enquire thru phone they are not responding properly..........showing big face and doing ridiculous behaviour. This is my personal exp. I got my rev result reply after my subsequent exam.

Swiss prosecutors investigating suspected money laundering by officials at high levels of the Russian Government have ordered Swiss banks to provide information on two dozen Russians who may have accounts here and have frozen at least 59 bank accounts over the past two months, officials said today.
