Can any one tell me the presumptive tax rate applicable for retail trade for march 2010.is it 5% or 8%
or, from which financial year, 8% of turnover rate is aaplicable??

Hi,
1) For AY 2010 - 2011 - 44AF - 5%
2) w.e.f. AY 2011 - 2012 - 44AD - 8% (from Ay 11-12 44AF wiil be abolished and 44AD will App. to retail business)
